Oh wow, I am at the very top of the list for today's new number scammer! Now to figure out who this loser is.

Got a call from this # today, I do not and will not answer call from unknowned numbers, rang 4 times and hung up bet it was some scumbag scam artist

I haven't commented for awhile but constantly get these scam calls so obviously scammers don't check the do not call list (big surprise)!  This number called today and when answering machine message ended, they hung up (also no surprise).  So I'm sure they are scammers again.

No message....they hung up
