Yes, Regions Bank. I actually disputed and filed a complaint against them thru the FTC so now I get harassing calls from them. I had a district manager contact me and tell me that I could file a complaint but because they list everything in their customer agreement and opened an account stating I read their 10 pages of garbage that I am bound by it. They can hold your charges (debit and checks) for 3 days and then re-post your charges on the 3rd day from highest dollar amount to lowest dollar amount. They do this so they can get you for overage fees. They will also charge you $36 for an OD then "return" the amount and charge you another $36 for  the return fee. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH REGIONS. Go to a credit union where the member control the rules and regulations.
