I received call yesterday and today, no message.

Robo call for Division Mediation Services, recording gives you a file number and phone number 501-777-3494( an Arkansas number).  Trying to collect on a bill paid in full 6 years ago, and refused to provide me with substantiaing paperwork to prove I still owed that money.   It looks like they pulled information off an old credit report, as they had no new information on me for the past 5 years.  Woman was abusive and very condencending.  Blocked caller on my phone.
