Got a few calls and my number is on " Do not call list".

Answered the call and it was a recorded message stating that they could "Lower my debt to the IRS". I left a message and told them to add me to their "do not call list", then I reported the number/filed a complaint to https://donotcall.gov. My number is on the National "do not call" registery.
