Caller ID showed TelecomCstSrvc. No idea who this is. No message left.

Got a call from this number. No message left. Blocked caller.

Called received at 1:13 pm . Unknown caller, left no message.

Got tired of receiving calls from this number, with no message, so I finally answered it.  There was just silence, so I asked them to stop calling.  Nothing.  I don't know if there was anyone at the other end to hear me.  I would recommend ignoring or blocking the number, which I'll do if they call again.

Started getting calls from this number 01/02/17. Registered to TELECOM CSTSRVC. When I answered there was no reply.
