Caller id said "charlene simpson".  But the caller was some middle-eastern [***] who could not speak english well enough to say who he was.  Finally i think he said he was "david williams, your computer technician."  asked him over and over what he wanted.  I assume he has stolen a phone number from someone and is using it to scam people.
