I get a lot of these in my area, no message left and if I do answer, they just hang up. Anonymous on my called ID. Just another number to block.

Just received a call from 423-591-6921.  Caller id showed Private Caller.  I normally don't answer, but did this time but no one said anything, they just hung up.  Some people must be sooooo bored that they have nothing to do but call and irritate hard working people.  Jerks...

When you do reverse phone number look-up you find that the number 423-591-6921 is a company number located in Chattanooga tn Calling this number back is a waste of your tmme. These are just harassing phone calls. Apparently this is a shadow company and does not exist

This number 423 should be through a local exchange. This 591-6921 apparently inter-connects through a phone system that is also located in Johnson city. Nashville tn. When you call this number back and just let it continue ringing you will find that the call is disconnected by a  electronic phone sending data base. Therefore this must be some sort of company that wants to harass people for un. I have continued to call this number for several hours just to feed them their same nonsense. Get on your phone and do the same. Perhaps this will put a stop to these Devils. We have received calls from this same number for several months. Reporting this harassment is a waste of your time. Nothing is ever done about it. This number is not hard to trace. These people who want you to believe that they will put a stop to this are just blowing in the wind. Their a sorry joke. This was reported long ago,and what has become of this??? Absolutely nothing. What a joke
