I just received a call from this number 423-586-2756 from a James with American Publisher saying that I won a shopping spree for $1,000.00 which was a scam and I lost the signal,the caller wanted a credit card number or debt card number and I stated I did not have one, the caller did not call back

I received a call from 423-586-2756 but did not answer. A woman left a message stating that she was from American Publisher. She said she had good news and bad news. The good news was that I had won a $1000 online shopping spree. The bad news was that she didn't get to talk with me. I will not be returning her call.

I got the exact same phone call and did not call back either!
