Received a call from this number. They actually left a message, it was an automated female voice stating this is my last chance to lower my interest rate (didn't say for what) and to press an number (can't recall) to begin the process. SPAM... Block the number.

Got a call at 3:30 pm.  Said it was from Card Services with good news to lower my credit card rate.  Got a similar call from another dead number months ago.  They ask all kinds of personal info like social security number, DOb etc.  if it were them, they would gave that.  It's a scam.  Warn your friends
