Thank you for your message, but why do these callers hang up when I answer? And when I'm not here, leave a meaasge on my answering machine? This type of information should be made public in the newspapers or all on local news broadcast. Some people can't be disturbed especially tying up the phone if an emergency happens, and with all the scams going on most people will write them off as a scam anyway.

Please help to make us aware of anytime you get hung up on or are talked to rudely by any of our callers.  This type of behavior will not be tolerated in any way.  We record all of our outbound calls so as long as you can tell me the number you were called from and the time of the call as close as you can get, I guarantee that I will get to the bottom of it.  I will not have any of our callers disrespecting our community by hanging up on someone.  Please feel free to call me anytime @ 423-899-4990.  Thank you so much for your input.  It really does help as we continue to move forward and strive to have Zero complaints.

No message left. This only means to me a scam. If it keeps up, I'll file a complaint. Then block the number.
