I just got this call a couple minutes ago. I'm not quite sure if the guy has Indian accent but yes he did ask me to complete a survey but I refused, too.

He said I won $25,000 cash and/or a car or something since I carry one of the Visa, Master, Amex & Discover card... that's bu***hit. Anybody on this planet could have one of those cards in their wallet.

this is a Tennessee area code and I'm from Texas. Guess I filled something out online that I shouldn't have.

These guys and some 401 number, Rhone Island area code, call me a little too often.

Don't even speak.. they just hang up.

So this is truely and tennessee area code and I am in maryland. I am getting these calls from this number... They never talk... They just hang up.... They have been calling me alot. They don't speak at all... They just call and hang up.

I also just received a call from this phone number.  I tried to call it back and I got an error message.. I have also received phone calls from the 401 number that the previous person was talking about.  And I agree that they do indeed call way to often..

I keep getting those numbers too. 423, 612, and 401 area code. I live in Texas. They never say anything, they just hang up the phone.
