Unknown call from (423) 535-9523. Did not leave a message.

Continue to receive calls from 423-535-9523 answered once and heard the voice of a heavy accented foreign lady,: hung up immediately fearing some scam. I tried to call the number back from another phone and got the message "the number you have reached is not in service".

Person continued to talk over me while I politely asked to be put on their Do Not Call list. Then I wasn't so polite...she continued talking over me. I hung up. Political BS.

The usual. Caller ID shows 423-535-9523. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. They called twice yesterday.
