texted me for an ad i had on craigslist. i knew it had to be a scam because the person couldn't spell and speak correctly AND said they were going to check with their lawyer about sending me payment. fortunately i have a family member that is in law enforcement and this person is a SCAMMER!!

Craiglist: He trys to get you to send a money transfer for the shipping cost but he claims that it is all transferred into your account.

Craigslist - Here is this person's most recent email to me.  It's all a lie:
Sorry for not tell you thus before, I'm a disable deaf so i can not make call but you can only text me (423) 521-2839. You have to western union the shipper's fee and email Google with the money transfer details of the money sent once they receive this your account will be credited and release the fund asap

From Google support:

Red flags a-flying:

-claims to be deaf (so you won't call and hear their voices)
-wants you to pay a nonexistent "shipper"
-demands use of Western Union

This person Texted me too. Beware of these jerks. My ad on Craigslist and this is the second time. Watch out for this number.
