Sounds like the exact experience my aunt had!!! I can't believe we both stayed on the other phone lines while this was happening! I am going to be doing that everytime any one calls my aunt from here on out! My aunt does not need this! Again, the hosptials who are contracting this company need to address these issues. Note to all hospitals: use a paper form and just mail it to folks!

This place called my granny's home on Sunday during her church tv show. She was upset about a call on a Sunday. She did not answer the phone but I did because it just kept on ringing. I told them she was not available and to not call again. If they are legit why do they call on a Sunday?

the company is Healthstream and they are supposedly a legit survey company that hospitals and other healthcare providers use. But this company appears to not be able to fully train their employees correctly. Half the stuff is so mumbled and jumpled you cannot understand what they are saying. If they have called you and you thought they were rude and annoying, then email their customer relations email address:

I'm going to blast those jerks out of the water! You need to keep that threatening message and maybe let the police hear it!!!!!!!! That is certainly against the law!
