but i texted 'STOP' and got a message back saying 'your message was successfully delivered to an answering machine or voicemial at 423-468*5459 thansk for using text to landline" how wierd

it has to do with a federal aid thing idk it was annoying some guy called me and asked if i needed help paying my credit card debt. . . i dont have any
