I know no one from Kingsport, TN, and if it was someone that I know they would have left a message. The person making this call left no message. In regards the the person who did answer and found it to be someone say emergency services are too slow, I hightly doubt that giving them money would do anything more than line their pockets or even just that persons pockets if he/she is working alone.

Caller ID showed it was from Kingsport, TN... recording said, "If you are a senior citizen..." then I hung up...

Caller ID read Kingsport TN. Knowing no one there, let answering machine get it. No msg, they hung up.
I count that as a victory.

Highly doubt that the FTC Do not Call list is in effect anymore.

Got a call from this number,listened ,tried to call them backm  NO ANSWER  of course
