The company they get the scammers get their phone service through is Level 3 communitions call them and complain1-877-2LEVEL3.

I was scared to death because they said I would go to jail! I got the exact same call. A lady named Lisa Fernandez said that she would work with me to handle the matter outside of court but when I asked her to tell me what company I owed she couldn't tell me and said it was against the law to fax or email me any documentation.
