These people called and claimed our computers were infected with spyware/virus.  They wanted to connect to our computers to clean them up.  We denied of course.  Said they were with Microsoft.  Weird

I have received two calls from a person from widow service dept. says he is from micro soft, his name is Jimmy . was located in Delaware.  He say everytime i open my cumputer ther is dangerous thing down loaded on my computer. He says my computer has a virus. He wanted me to go to my computer and turn it on I never did.  How can this be stopped? Thank you.
