Thank you. Absolutely have told them several times I was not the person they were asking for. Pretty obvious the person using the moniker "Information" either works for the scumbag company or has done collector type calls in the past.

Love how they said doctors don't update their records. Every time I go, they're asking me to update everything. Once a year, I have to fill out new info forms.

Sad these businesses exist to prey on people who probably don't understand their rights...and people like us get harassed for it!
