I get calls from everywhere.  the town is listed on cell phones that are received without known names of callers.

They have called several times, but since I don't answer, I don't know who they are or what they want. They do not leave a message and you get nothing if you call back.
I'm even on the Do not Call registry.
What's the point, though, if companies like this do not get shut down for violating it?
Very frustrating.
