Hi, my daughter thought she was talking with a good company.  Things went bad when they demanded a large amount of money.  By this point she already lost 40.00.  I had her close her checking account and they did not take it kindly.  She is getting the phone calls, we are telling her not to respond.  How did things end up for you.  I am gathering enough information to report them to the Better Business Bureau.  Thanks for any help.

this number is from a company called mountain area communications. DO NOT give them your account info. They will continue to charge you for magazines you will never see. Then they will harrass you with phone calls demanding payment. It's a lost cause trying to call this number back. sometimes if you are lucky someone will answer and they will demand payment from you and swear you already agreed to pay it.

i am having the same problem they call me about 2 times a day telling me i agreed to this payment and when i tell them to just close my account they tell me that i owe them a large amount of money i want it to stop and i have no clue how to they are threating to send me to collections if i dont pay it
