Got a call from above number and called my place of work. Did not leave a message , only name.\ that I don't recognize.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  The lady on the other end knew my first and last name and asked a very bizarre question.  I quickly ended the call.  I would be cautious taking calls from this number.

I received a call from this # today.  
I am in the insurance business but not in sales.  
I asked how they got my #, they said from a national registry.
I have been in the industry for 6 yrs and never received a call like this.  But about a month ago, I got invited to join a survey company called e-rewards.com by Ticketmaster.  I feel like they sold my info to another company.
