Received the same call...could barely understand the person she demanded I pay $8900.00 now to settle law suit or a lien will be placed on my home and all of my assets will be frozen. Also, a sheriff will be sent to my home to arrest. My husband picked up the phone and they hung up.

This number called me today and left and automated message saying the IRS has a lawsuit against me and to call them back. Yesterday I got the same call from a completely different number

I got the same call today and they left me a message saying that there is an IRS lawsuit against me.  These are frauds because the IRS only conducts business through mail.
