Overdraft on an accout at a bank I never had an accout at! Won't give me supposed info. Supposedly Ms Jones. Scam!

Called my number (which I've only had barely 6 months) looking to talk to a Mr Belcher about a car loan that hasn't been paid back and if he doesn't respond by this afternoon the matter will go to court. I'm not him, nor do I know of him and I don't owe any debts. They gave no name of this obvious debt collection agency or a specific person to contact, just a "claim number." either this Mr Belcher played them by giving them a fake number or they need to update their records.

This kook has been harrassing me over a $200 payday loan from 6 years ago. He's foreign, Get calls from this number and another from Oklahoma. (405)253-4755. He demanded $900 or he was taking me to court. Broke every law under FDCPA.

Got a phone message, no identification, etc. How these people expect anyone to take them seriously or call back after receiving this kind of communication is beyond me. Hopefully, they will not try to call me at work when they realize I won't be returning their call. In any case, they need to identify themselves and send something in writing with their official letterheads that show their real locations as well as document what problem they have with people instead of harassing them by phone. They need to credible and legitimate, with access to support or proof of what they are trying to accuse someone of -- and obviously they have neither.
 

I have received these calls for sometime now. I either get someone leaving a message, automated message or no message at all. Same thing over and over "Some paperwork on a civil case as come across their desk" and I need to call ASAP. I do not have no loans or leases anywhere that I own money on. Give it a rest! Why can't they send you something thru the mail instead of calling. YES to make it legit. Since I don't know how in the world they got my phone number and work number for that matter. I haven't been at the job for half a year. CRAZY!!!!!
