I have been getting calls from this number and when I tried to call back I got an automated recording in Spanish.

I "just" got a call from 419-984-8989 which I didn't answer (because I don't answer unknown numbers) so I decided to see if they leave a message and sure they did!!! Guys, THIS people are SCAMS!!!!! Please don't answer those calls, I am going to report this people!!!!! Good luck!
