Reprting the caller to the FCC is simple. File a report with the Do Not Call Registry. However, your number must be registered.

Just received a call from this number. Caller did not leave a message. Tried calling back and got a voice recording which said number is no longer in service or may have moved to another area code. How did they get my number? I am registered with Do Not Call Registry.
