Received a call on my cell phone stating he was calling about a survey I filled out. I'm hard of hearing, so I said I was having difficulty understanding him and I asked him to repeat himself. He then said 'good-bye' and hung up.

This Number Called At 9:30 Am. When I Answered, The Other Line Was Silent For About Two Seconds And Then Hung Up On me.
