A human (female) said my first name. After I acknowledged my name, the call switched to a robot call and I was asked if I could hear them. I hung up.

Robot call- woman's voice calling person by name, when told "no" or "they're not home" they answer "okay, well there's no message, I'll call back later"
Later is sometimes just four hours later.
