debt collector

It's a collection's agency. Whoever owned this cell phone number before me (I've had it for a year and a half now) skipped out on their Rent-A-Center bills and the money they owed went into collections. Getting really, really tired of this person's debt at this point. Every time, I say she doesn't own this phone, the debt passes to another agency and I get to start all over.

So far this person has called twice. Identified themself as QVD..I want this to stop..

Debt collector. Calling for my Ex who hasnt lived here for over 14 years but they had my number down as her contact number.

UCB shows up on the landlady's caller ID. Reverse lookup comes back with a warning: "Moderate spam activity suspected."
