i remember signing up for cashcrate and stuff. So i keep receiving phone calls from this number. i suppose it's a scam. keep out!

keep getting calls from this number on a daily basis.  relentless, so I answered once...the caller was rude when I stopped him in the middle of his script.  I told him that I didn't want to be in the sweepstakes.  He proceeded to explain that I was already in the sweepstakes.  I got another 5 words out and he told me to "take a chill pill" and hung up.

Wish I could charge them $100 for the 10 minutes they took of my time for use of cell minutes and equipment charges.

This is a violation of the DO NOT CALL LAWS,  by claiming that you won a sweepstakes - implies a previous business relationship with you - when in fact NONE exists.

they are also required to tell you it is a TELEMARKETING call from the start of the call,  not after they tell you are a winner.
