just had a call back.. like the 20th from owens corning franchise people... told the guy.. take my number off your list your calling here every day..
dood got so nasty with me and hung up in my ear..
what is with people.. zero accountability
so now I tracked him down.. from corning.. to the franchise (he didn't give me any info of course)
and complained so now I am paranoid thinking.. this guy could get fired and then will be looking at me...
and he would have all my info right...
he didn't swear.. but he was competely unprofessional
"oh 40 times eh?!! <slam>"
and he hung up on linda 2 days ago without telling her why he was calling

At least 2 times per year for the last three years...the first year was worse!  I got my entire basement finished and it is not stark white (their only choice)--o yeah the upside I got the walls plus about 5 times the work donw for less than 1/2 of the money.
