This number called... a man left a message saying he needs to talk to me or my attorney!  Called back that day talked to two females! They said if I don't pay... a warrant will be issued for my arrest. I checked my records in my account no transaction ever took place upon what they said happened! They also said they will email all the information and I never received the email. I have called back multiple times since then only a digital voice mail picks up after one ring or none! Left a message twice and no one has called me back! Scam?

It's a well known scam, so ignore the calls. Don't call them back and block the number for any future calls. Any call where you are threatened with arrest is almost guaranteed to be an Indian scammer (did "it" have an accent?)

Since you already called them back they might keep calling, which is why a call blocker would be a good idea.
