Gotta a call yesterday from Brenner Moore Group/SJ White investigators. Said your son (not son my fiance) owes $1500 in bad checks but by the end of the call it was $3000. She said she was calling for GMAC Bank who bout out Ally bank. We had an accout 4 years ago. Then proceeded to tell me it was all online ordering. I told her that he was incarcerated at the time. The bank sent out a letter towards the end of the year saying due to inactivity they closed the account. I called the bank who said ally bank bought out gmac bank some years back. The fraud department said it sounded like a fishing scam. I called the woman back she said her name was. Jennifer Barris when infact its Jennifer Seren badge #6414. The number she calls me is from Findley Ohio and she says shes in Georgia. I researched theres no company in Ohio but that name. I told her that I called the bank and told her that they never heard of them she then said I work for Chexsystems. (Thats a reporting agency) like Transunion. She didnt know me yet she gat me his bank account number and wanted my card number to pay a debt of bad checks online while he was incarcerated.  Any one think this is a scam?

Alsoo, we orderes a chexsystem report, signed up for Credit Karma and are waiting for bank statements to come in the mail. We will know for a fact real soon.

The sane lady just called me and said i owe 2500 before 4pm today or a warrent is going out for my arrest!!! Im in Texas

I have received reboot calls from a 419 for three days straight. Constantly calling from early in the am until late at night. They never leave a message they just keep switching the phone number every time they call. The one time I did answer some foreign guy with a lot of back ground noise came on the line and when I asked who and why they were calling he hung up.
