Just got a call from this number.

Have no idea why these people are calling me

Who are these people

I just got a call from whoever this is and the first time they didn't say anything and the next time I answered it there was music in the back ground and then they hung up..

I am getting the same calls.  First time nothing then the next time music and foreign language.  Must be a scam. !!!!!!
