I hung up after they said "Congratulations!" I would assume a free trip or cruise scam.

Another <wonderful> robocall. I hung up as soon as it connected and I heard that weird pause followed by a too-chipper "Congratulations!". Stated "Put-In-Bay" in the I.D. section, which isn't too far from me, but I know no one there.
