This is a creepy telemarketing call from a marketing company representing Unimark or Semiole Natural Gas of OK.  The first time I answered and played along and they identified themselves as "Cheryl" from an Oil and Gas company.   They are using a Voice Over Internet Line so you can't call the number back.
