a recording was saying that they had tried calling me numerous times and they would like to offer to lower my credit card interest rate. If I do not answer the offer will expire. Press #2 to lower the rate....it hangs up

Press #2 to lower the rate....it hangs up. do not press 2, they probably want a use your phone # to do long distance call and have you paying for it.
