SOME HOW THIS PERSON GOT MY NUMBER AND IS SAYING VERY IGNORANT STUFF AND I WANT IT TO STOP

I live in Ontario, Canada and have received 2 text messages from this # 417-880-7102 stating "vid chat want to show u the killer pot I grew" as in Marijuana and "Clan ops today tdm 5-8 my time" So it sound like this # belongs to someone who grows dope and is in the KKK...???  I found the following info online for this # below...
