Claimed they were windows support. I told them to send me a new disc and they hung up.

Called but left no message. Caller ID says unknown caller. Google search gives name of Steven Triplett from Springfield, Mo.

Calls at 10:15 at night. It scares you thinking something is wrong, which I think is their intention. I answered, then a digital voice says Good Bye. Very annoying. Same thing as Glen said, caller ID, unknown name, Springfield, Ilinois

Fraudulent call. Spoofed number. Claim to be from the "Windows Support Line". Scammers trying to gain access to your computer. Possible identity theft. We don't even have a Windows machine.

They have called my home 3 times now. I have told them I don't want them calling as I know this is scam and they continue to call. I would love to know how to put an end to their scam!!!!!

I confronted them. They "pretend" they are from Microsoft and that you need to make changes to your computer. These guys need turned into law enforcement, they are not typical scammers.
