Calls at 3 am from this number. hung up when I did not answer!

called and hung up when answering machine picked up

Caller ID showed "Home Security".  No message left.

Calling party hung up the phone when I was asked to push any number if I wished not to be called. I hit zero, thinking I would get an operator. They hung up..
I had just came home when The phone rang, thinking I had an alarm event while away from the house, I answered. I called the number back and it said the same thing. You cannot talk to a live person! I am so tired of these type calls. No one ever leaves a message. It ought to be against the law!!!!!!!!    Now they are on our cell phones.
