I got a similar call form this number that was so garbled I could not understand what they were asking but sure it is a scammer cal.

I have had a call fro this number both today & yesterday. The message is very choppy like its very windy on the other end... all I could make out yesterday was if you want to be removed from this list press 2 which I did, then today another call & message very choppy again - I think I heard something like (your a winner of money) ?? again not sure
