The message said it regarded my credit card so I punched "1". A foreigner was on the line and started fast-talking. I asked him to give me the last 4 numbers of the card. He had me hold and when he came back on he was blabbering and I said "What?". He said "do you want to lick my balls?" I hung up. This is unacceptable and I do hope he is caught. I got this call at 9:20 am MST
