I got a call from this number.  I didn't answer and the caller didn't leave a message. I don't answer calls that I don't know the number.  I will block the number.
If it is a person or business I know and can find their information on this site, I will return their call.  If I cannot find information I will not return the call.  If they leave a message and I know them or do business with them, I will return their call.
