Same as above.  Extremely sarcastic man who, on the first call from this number identified himself as "Officer White of the IRS".  I knew immediately it was a scam.  Didn't answer his questions and told him I was "Do Not Call".  He called back on another number (202-241-0146) with a caller ID of Matali Shabazz.  This time he identified himself as "Mike Miller".  When I said you sound just like "Officer White" he admitted he was one and the same and that he goes by both names.  I told him he was scamming - breaking the law.  Would not answer ANY of his questions and that I was going to report him to the local police and the FTC and that I was hanging up.  Believe it or not, while I was checking my phone book for the police and FTC, he called again twice from that 202-241-0146 number.  Did not answer of course and did file an official complaint with the FTC.  I will also file a formal complaint with the IRS.  Let's get these excrements.,
