They are a scam - nothing more, nothing less. That's funny that some here say they are a debt collector, they told me they were a law enforcement agency in my state. I told them they weren't and that they were a scam. I asked them why they all sound like they are from India, at which point they started cursing and screaming - BUSTED! No real law enforcement agency would act in that manner, let alone one that does not give out its information.

I called them back and cursed them out, and laid it on as thick and heavy as I could. I told them if they want to threaten me, come do it to my face and see what happens. I won't stop until they are a greasy smear on my fist.

I have zero tolerance for vermin like this that prey on the unsuspecting and innocent.

Yes I Did Received a Call From This Number & They Called From "FCD". Person Name Mr.Jackson I Talked With About My Case No. 105430008 & He Gave Me Settlement Amount Which Paid Them. And i Apologies About My Pending Account With You But I Was Having Financial Cries And Due To That Reason I Wasn't Able To Pay Me Bills But I Really Appreciate The Way You Help Me Thnx.

recieved call stating that I owed them money ,he refused to sent or mail me  copies of legal documents for me to see,he that he dosn't have the time to get these copies as I requested ,this person is a scam,very ruded,tells me he will take me to court,there's no united national bank in that area ,according to telephone operator,as well checked with another united national baank in another state they have securty alert concerning some one using their name,he fax 3 papers with basic information.
