When you call back you get a recording saying the number has been disconnected. That's odd when they just called two minutes ago.

Claimed they've been monitoring my credit card account without naming a specific card or identifying themselves . If I pushed 9 someone would tell me how any debt of ten thousand or more could be cut in half under a new program. Right and pigs can fly. Do as I did, hang up and block this scams phone number.
