Automated message to "lower interest credit card rate."  "Push 9" for live person.  When I stated I've never had a credit card and asked why they were calling me he hung up.  

Get a call from this number. Get a robo message saying about lowering my credit card rate. I do not have a credit card. It then said press 9 to speak with someone so I did. When a man with an African accent answered I said "Take me off your list." He then said "Guess what, [***] OFF!" and hung up.

Just got a call from this number at 3:40 pm central time, didn't answer because I not only did not recognize the number, but any NORMAL number wouldn't be 000-0002.  They left no message.  Been a while since I've gotten garbage calls like this, guess they must be hurting for business or something.  Besides, I have no credit cards, so I don't know how they could lower my rate on something I don't have by reading other posts!

They won't leave a message because they can't cheat an answering machine! The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes and warn others before they are cheated!
