If you have an iPhone you can add them to your contact list with a name like "Rogers Nuisance". then simply block the contact

since I am on a phone plan that is only free after 6pm, and I am at work, and I don't know who it is, I refuse to answer this number. I get really annoyed with these calls.

I keep getting calls from this number. I believe it is a telecommunication centre that is calling me for Rogers services..... When I do pick up, it just disconnects so I also cannot tell them to stop calling me! So frustrating
