NORTH AMERICAN SWEEPSTAKES

Not a call... a letter claiming a sweepstakes winning.  looks a lot like a nigerian check scam letter.  References address is Toronto Canada.  Includes 'check' for $4,900.00 drawn on Key Bank/Key Bank of Maine (which returns no search results). says I am required to pay $3,900 for the Government Tax.  

I am going to hand to my postmaster.

Just as Max stated it's not a phone call but a letter that is clearly a sweepstakes scam. I recieved a letter that includes 'check' for $4,900.00 drawn on Key Bank/Key Bank of Maine. Says I am required to pay $3,900 for the Government Tax. I reported them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commision).
