called the phone number back and a person (on this letter I received) named Daniel Bailey was on the phone

some type of sweepstakes win type letter

received a letter saying I won 150,000 also enclosed in the letter was a check in the amount of 4850.00 I called the # as instrusted to do in the letter a guy told me I had indeed won all I had to do was cash the check then call them back so they could tell me where I needed to send the money to I ask if his ther was a catch he said no. I then asked if I had won why can they just keep the part of the taxes I owed and send me a check for the rest. It was then he became very rude and said fine dont cash it and hung up on me. Sure doesnt sound like the real deal to me.

DO NOT CASH THIS CHECK!  I just received the SAME letter.  No one gives ANYTHING, especially if you didn't enter the sweepstake!

I also received this letter . Everything was the same. Definatley a scam.
